Our only minor critique this time was that they came 4 hours early (after talking with Tangela on 10/22, I was under the impression that they would be set up at around 12:00 pm and they were there just after 8:00 am), but then we couldn't have the inflatables up for the whole duration of the event, which was from 5-7pm. They were taken down at 6:40 pm. I know with the changes of the season (getting dark earlier), it makes things a little more challenging at night. It was just a minor thing for us to keep in mind for next time.

That being said, you have taken such great care of us and we are looking forward to working with you again. The kids loved the obstacle course and the slide and the teens loved the Basketball Shoot out! :) Thank you so much for your help.

We were so happy with Cleveland Bouncers! They had great communication before the event, reaching out to let me know how the day would run and check to see if I had any questions. The bounce house at the party was an absolute hit, and provided hours of fun for the kids (and some adults). We will absolutely be using them again!

Cleveland Bouncers will get my business again! We had to reschedule 3 times due to weather. Tangela could not have been more helpful and pleasant to work with. She accommodated all of our needs even after the multiple date changes. The guys who delivered/set up/picked up were friendly, prompt and very helpful in giving us all the information we needed. The All in One Obstacle Course was amazing. We had 2 year olds up through 60 year olds giving it a try. What a blast! The Castle bounce house was a hit with our younger kids. THANK YOU for making our church picnic so much fun!

We have been renting inflatables from Cleveland Bouncers for many years and have always been happy with them! We love the inflatables and the service. Each item is always clean and in great shape. Employees are always friendly and helpful. Can't wait until our next event! Thanks CB!

We are so grateful for the Cleveland Bouncers Team. Your team was amazing and we were so grateful that you were able to help us with our Kids' Event on such short notice. Thank you so much for stepping in to help us with an urgent situation, and being able to accommodate our delivery needs and times. You were wonderful to work with and the 60 kids that were here yesterday had an absolute blast!

We are most pleased with the entire experience. Tangela was very helpful and accommodating. Matt and Mike did a great job setting up and taking down the Monster Slide. Everyone patiently explained things and answered all the questions we had. Everyone made this a memorable experience for us. We will certainly recommend Cleveland Bouncers to others who are thinking of this for their event.
