How do I make a reservation?
The best way to make a make a reservation is to call us at 800-675-7962 and we will be happy to help.
Do you require a deposit to reserve an inflatable?
Yes, we require a 25% down payment to reserve your inflatables. This assures you the inflatable you have chosen is reserved for you. You can still chose the best payment option at the time of delivery.
When is payment due?
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due in full before the time of set up.
Are your units safe and clean?
Absolutely!! Our units are inspected often for safety problems and they are sanitized before and after every customer event.
What types of surfaces the inflatables can be set up on?
To be able to set up we need a level, uniform surface, such as grass, concrete, asphalt or carpet. Sorry, we cannot and will not set up on gravel, dirt, rock, or sand, as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl units and could cause unnecessary damage. The area should be flat, free of debris, rocks, and trees. If you have an in-ground sprinkler system, please make sure the time is not set up to go on.
How much space do I need?
We need at least 2′ of clearance on all sides of the inflatable. The area required for setting up 13′x13′ bounce house is 17’x17’, 19′x19′ area is required for 15′x15′ bounce house, and 18′x22′ for a combo unit. Occasionally there might be a unit with a different size and height requirements. Please check the dimensions of the unit to make sure it will fit where you want it to go.
Will I need a special outlet for electricity?
Regular bounce house or combo unit require a standard (120 volt 20 amp) outlet within 100 feet of the unit. Larger units may need 2 or 3 outlets, each within 100 feet. If you do not have access to the appropriate amount of outlets you will need a generator.
How long does it take to set up an inflatable?
After the unit has been unloaded and placed on a secure flat space, it only takes 10 to 15 minutes to fully inflate.
Are you insured?
Yes. Cleveland Bouncers is licensed, insured and certified
What age groups are your units good for?
We have something for everyone. Most units are for all ages. The maximum number of participants at one time will vary.
What if there will not be power at my event?
No problem, for a fee, Cleveland Bouncers Inflatables, will bring a generator to run our equipment. Due to safety issues, we do not let customers provide their own generators.
May I have my event at a City or County Park?
In most cases, yes – Cleveland Bouncers carries insurance so we are able to serve most parks. However, certain permits and reservations are usually required. Most parks do not have electricity, so a generator would have to be rented as well. Please check with the individual park or call us to find out about specific rules and requirements.
Do you offer “babysitters” for the inflatables and concession machines?
All units do require a mandatory attendant. For a fee, we can provide trained professional attendants.
Should I reserve in advance?
Definitely, we have a lot of units but the popular types and themes always get booked up quickly. The earlier you reserve the more choices you have.
How to prepare before the inflatable rental arrives?
You will need to make sure there is enough room for the bounce house to be set up at the location where you want it. Also, make sure your outside plug is working. Also, it will be good if you will mow your lawn the day before, not the same day or the morning of set up. This will help keep the moonwalk clean for your kids’ enjoyment. Do not water grass the night before set up! Also, if you have a dog, please clean the yard of any waste before we come. Pets must be tied/caged before and during event. Pets can cause serious damages on the inflatable. Make sure you have at least 4 feet of clearance on the way to setup location. Turn off automatic sprinklers.
What if I have problems during my party?
Never fear. Although we take great care in the set up of each unit and event, we know that problems can occur. That’s why there is an emergency phone number on your contract for you to call and talk to someone throughout your event.
What kind of payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. We also accept business check (no personal checks) or cash payments. If paying cash please make sure you have exact change.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, rentals are subject to 7.75% sales tax.
Can I pick-up the inflatable and set-it up myself?
No. Due to safety and insurance purposes, all of our units must be installed by one of our trained employees.
Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time?
Yes. The blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged, they deflate. Please ensure that unit will not be mistakenly unplugged. The unit should be plugged into an outlet that is on its own circuit. Do not share the circuit with any other item that together could overload and blow a fuse or trip a circuit, causing unintentional deflation.
What is your delivery area?
We offer free delivery and set up for a radius of up to 25 miles from our office in Bedford Heights, OH. Delivery is available anywhere in the Greater Cleveland Metro Area for an additional delivery fee. Mileage in excess of the 25-mile radius will incur an additional $2.00 per mile delivery charge. Depending on the amount of your rental and distance to your location mileage fees may be reduced or waved. Call for complete details.
Can we keep the inflatables overnight?
Yes! For an additional fee, Inflatables can stay overnight. We will pick up the unit on the next morning.
What happens if it is raining on the day of the party?
No one can predict the weather and bouncers and rain just don’t mix. If there is more than a 50% chance of rain we will cancel without charge.
What happens if I need to cancel?
You can cancel you rental free of charge provided you make the cancellation 7 days before scheduled delivery time. In this case your deposit will be fully returned. If you make the cancellation 6-3 days before the scheduled delivery time, your deposit is non-refundable but you have the option to reschedule. We will issue you a credit for the amount paid and it will be good for up to one year. If unit is cancelled 2 days or less prior the rental period, deposit is non-refundable and you do not have the option to reschedule. If canceling due to bad weather, once agreed with us and in compliance with our policy, there’s no penalty and your deposit will be fully refunded.

Can we tape signs on the unit?
No! Using tape, duct tape, masking tape, or tape of any kind is not allowed on inflatables. Customer will be charged a cleaning fee of $150 per unit if tape has been used.
Are we responsible for the unit if it gets a tear or damaged in any way?
Yes and No. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens, please alert us immediately so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to the failure to follow our safety rules (i.e. belt buckle or pen in the pocket pokes a hole) or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds), then you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit, blower, etc which can cost thousands of dollars.
