Will I need a special outlet for electricity?
When plugging unit into customers electrical, the source required is a 110v outlet with a 20 amp fuse. The extension cord must not exceed 80 feet. We recommend that the customer use a dedicated outlet, with the washer/dryer outlets being ideal. We also recommend in those homes with not so great electrical, that they use caution when operating any other electrical device in the home. Any surge in electrical can cause the customers electrical circuit to trip, causing the blower on the unit to turn off. This causes unnecessary stress on the kids in the unit.

Are your units safe and clean?
Without a doubt. Our units are inspected often for safety problems and they are sanitized at our warehouse or at the customer’s home during setup

Are you insured?
Yes. Cleveland Bouncers is licensed and carries a liability policy What age groups are your units good for? We have something for everyone.. Most units are for all age categories, the maximum number of participants at one time will vary.

What if there will not be power at my event?
No problem, for a fee, Cleveland Bouncers Inflatables, will bring a generator to run our equipment. Due to safety issues, we do not let customers provide their own generators.

May I have my event at a City or County Park?
In most cases, yes - Cleveland Bouncers carries insurance so we are able to serve most parks. However, certain permits and reservations are usually required. Most parks do not have electricity, so a generator would have to be rented as well. Please check with the individual park or call us to find out about specific rules and requirements.

Do you offer “babysitters” for the inflatables and concession machines?
Although some units do require a mandatory attendant, we only offer attendants with regards to availability of staff. Please inquire within on special events and circumstances.

Do you require deposits?
Most rentals do not require deposits, with the exceptions of our large interactive items and our frozen drink machines. Please inquire within for more specifics.

Should I reserve in advance?
Definitely, we have lots of units but the popular types and themes always get booked up quickly. The earlier you reserve the more choices you have.

What if I have problems during my party?
Never fear. Although we take great care in the set up of each unit and event, we know that problems can occur. That’s why there is an emergency phone number on your contract for you to call and talk to someone throughout your event.
